We are looking for an experienced logistician with good experience in counterbalance forklifts, a meticulous and driven administrator, and a skilled system administrator for a daytime position. The role combines practical warehouse tasks, administrative responsibilities, and system-related work in a safe and inclusive work environment.

• Drive and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution flows, including planning of receiving, storage, and delivery.

• Operate and manage counterbalance forklifts during loading and unloading as well as internal transport, according to safety procedures and forklift license.

• Perform checks upon receipt, register items in warehouse and business systems, and ensure traceability and accurate inventory balance.

• System administration and support for warehouse and business systems: user management, permissions, configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.

• Participate in improvement work regarding processes, system support, and work routines to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, production, and customer service to ensure flows and customer satisfaction.

• Perform preventive maintenance of the workplace; keep order, report deviations, and contribute to a safe work environment.

• Valid forklift license for counterbalance forklifts and documented experience in forklift operation in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Experience in administrative tasks within logistics, order, and supplier management.

• Knowledge and experience in system administration within warehouse management systems and business systems are advantageous.

• Good computer skills; experience working with databases, registers, and digital support systems.

• Ability to document work processes and follow up on routines for quality and traceability.

• Category B driving license is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form for safe communication and reporting.
