Are you at the beginning of your career and ready for fast-paced challenges?

Or are you studying logistics or something similar and looking for a part-time job? Then you should join our Inbound team as an Inbound Coordinator! In this role, you will primarily work with planning inbound deliveries and transports to our various warehouses, as well as planning and administrating the inbound flow and information flow related to our purchasing logistics.

Your tasks will include:

• Contact with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and managing bookings of wall goods and containers to our warehouses
• Plan incoming goods volumes based on capacity and storage needs
• Review and manage purchase orders, documents, discrepancies, and customs handling for import shipments
• Ensure communication pathways function within the team and with adjacent departments and partners
• Manage inbound deliveries in the SAP business system, review master data, and follow established routines
• Tight collaboration with Logistics and Purchasing regarding purchase orders and inbound deliveries
• Follow up on discrepancies in delivery and goods reception

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys administration
• Has good knowledge of the Office package
• Can express themselves well in both spoken and written English and Swedish
• Has a very good structure in their work and is meticulous as a person

Experience in similar tasks is an advantage.

You like to take responsibility, are stimulated by ambitious goals, and have a strong desire to achieve good results. You have good problem-solving skills and are a strong team player who contributes positive energy to the group.
