As an Employeneur, you have the opportunity to support companies in various types of development projects and roles throughout Skaraborg at our clients' sites.

In the role of Supplier Quality Engineer, you will ensure that suppliers deliver materials and components of the right quality. When quality deficiencies arise, you will drive the analysis, follow up on the suppliers' corrective actions, and ensure that the problems receive sustainable solutions.

In this role, you will work systematically with established quality methods such as 8D, 6M, and fishbone analysis. You will ensure that the supplier conducts a thorough investigation, takes corrective actions, and follows up to ensure these work in practice.

To succeed, you need to enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, building relationships, and leading meetings in a clear and professional manner. As an SQE, you need to have an analytical mindset, good judgment, and the ability to critically assess the suppliers' work to ensure that quality requirements are met.

We are looking for someone who is a graduate engineer and preferably has at least 5 years of experience in quality work. We expect you to be passionate about quality work, continuous improvements, and have experience in production technology.

We are curious about you who have:

· at least 5 years of relevant work experience in quality or requirements specification of subcontractors in the manufacturing industry.

· at least a 3-year technical engineering degree.

· good language skills and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

· experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, 8D, and PFMEA.

· experience in supplier development.
