Do you want to work close to the core of production in a technically complex environment where quality, precision, and delivery capability are non-negotiable? Together Tech is now looking for a Senior Production Engineer for a long-term assignment within defence, where you will have the mandate to influence how production is built, developed, and delivered. In the role of Production Engineer, you will be an important link in the manufacturing flow. You will adeptly move between analyzing flows at a strategic level to solving concrete problems in production. You will work closely with operators and production and be responsible for ensuring that processes, methods, and working practices are of the highest standard. The focus is on stable production, continuous improvements, and a clear quality mindset. • Drive and optimize manufacturing flows and processes according to Lean and Agile principles.

• Analyze metrics, deviations, and root causes, and propose concrete actions.

• Ensure that new tasks, methods, and techniques are implemented and functioning in production.

• Work with preparations, routings, instructions, and improvement projects.

• Manage failures and production-related deviations.

• Provide technical support in daily production.

• Participate in operational meetings and manage activities initiated from these.

Your technical background

• High school diploma and/or relevant further education such as YH, college/university.

• Production engineer with 8+ years of experience, preferably within the defense industry or larger industrial manufacturing.

• Documented experience working with the Office suite and Creo in a production-related environment.

• Experience in process-driven and improvement-driven environments, combined with a strong analytical ability to drive data-based decisions.

• Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.

Some of our assignments are within classified areas, and for these, a security clearance is required before you can start the assignment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for classified areas.
