We are now looking for a component engineer for Beyond Gravity, which operates in the space industry and produces onboard computers for satellites as well as components for antennas and microwave electronics.

As a component engineer, you will work in a broad role connected to production at the site in both Gothenburg and other production sites in Europe. You will focus on new production technology related to our customer's complex electronic components, work with requirements from major space-related authorities and customers, and be involved in the implementation of customer-specific solutions. You will play an important role in ensuring that Beyond Gravity's components meet the highest standards, where you investigate issues such as the functionality, manufacturing process, and reliability of the components. Additionally, you will work with theoretical models, inflow, and supply of materials, where you will work in a cross-functional role against both internal and external contact points to evaluate and select components that meet cost, performance, and quality requirements.

• Has a master's degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Has 2 - 3 years of experience working with electronic components and their functionality.
• Has previously worked in an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.

It is a merit if you:

• Have experience working with material supply to production or have a master's degree in supply chain in addition to your bachelor's degree in electronics or mechatronics.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from our side and our customer's side is that you will then be directly employed by them.

This position requires you to undergo and be approved, according to the applicable security protection regulations at any given time. For positions where our customer has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.

• Start: Immediately, considering any notice period of up to 3 months.
