We are looking for a temporary production planner within machining. The role involves planning and daily management in the business system Monitor, as well as close collaboration with production, purchasing, and quality functions to ensure delivery, capacity utilization, and high quality in production.

• Plan and optimize production flows for machining based on customer orders, material availability, and machine capacity with support from the business system Monitor.

• Conduct daily management of production: prioritize orders, create and update production orders, and follow up on status and deviations.

• Communicate and coordinate with production teams, workshops, warehouses, and purchasing to ensure material flow, tool availability, and production readiness.

• Monitor delivery reliability, machine utilization, and lead times, and initiate actions in case of disruptions to minimize stoppages and delays.

• Participate in reviews and morning meetings, report key figures, and contribute to improvement and preventive planning.

• Document changes, deviations, and actions according to applicable routines and contribute to the standardization of planning processes.

• Experience in production planning, preferably within machining or mechanical workshop production.

• Practical experience and good familiarity with working in business systems/ERP; experience with Monitor is highly meritorious.

• Understanding of workshop processes, tools, fixtures, and machine capacities, as well as the ability to translate this into realistic production plans.

• Good ability to prioritize, structure work, and make decisions in a dynamic production environment.

• Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, for internal coordination and documentation.

• Experience in monitoring key figures and using data for problem-solving and continuous improvements.

You work in a structured and responsible manner, enjoy having an overview, and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and collaborate well across functions to ensure delivery and quality.
