We are now looking for a logistics support for immediate start with our partner in Gothenburg. You will become part of a closely-knit team with a strong commitment to the company's customers. In this role, you will work with direct contact with customers and internal departments to plan and follow up on deliveries and ensure that customer orders are delivered flawlessly and on time. You will work with several customers simultaneously, and in this role, you can expect a sometimes fast-paced environment where a lot can happen and there are many points of contact. That said, it is important to have an eye for detail where every deviation in the transport chain becomes critical to follow up.

About the position

Below is a summary of your main responsibilities:

• Independently ensure that deliveries to customers are carried out correctly and handle any disruptions that may occur during the transport flow
• Take initiative, drive processes forward, and streamline the transport flow
• Manage profitability reports and analyze business data
• Maintain a high level of service and be proactive in finding solutions for customers
• Ensure correct pricing and invoicing documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to resolve your issues

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least two years of experience in a similar role within logistics or transport
• Has post-secondary education in transport/logistics (or equivalent work experience)
• Is available for work throughout the summer (limited opportunities for vacation)
• Has good computer skills and experience working with business systems
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have good leadership skills and experience in a leadership role, as well as experience working with data analysis.

You are someone with a good ability to take responsibility and work analytically to manage complex flows. You have a natural inclination to ask questions, take responsibility, and above all, prioritize among your tasks.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment for an initial 6 months with the possibility of extension, where you will be employed as a consultant at OIO. Provided that you are doing well and both parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there is a possibility of extending the assignment. The employment will begin with an introduction where you as a newcomer will receive a thorough introduction from your colleagues and support to get into routines and systems.
