About the role

As a technical administrator, you will handle a number of issues within telephony, networks, radio, and network monitoring for Rakel.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an academic degree or equivalent in engineering, telecommunications, or IT.
• Has several years of experience in network monitoring or equivalent in telecommunications or IT.
• Has an understanding of the telecommunications and data communications industry and its networks and systems.
• Has experience in strategic work and change management.
• Has the ability to create structure and systematics in the organization.
• Has experience working technically with Rakel and experience working technically within telephony and radio.

You also have several years of experience in technical service and support and in performing deeper troubleshooting on software and hardware. You have good knowledge of telephony solutions, telephony and switches, and network and communication technology.

You need to have good knowledge of IT security and experience working with security technical issues and should have worked in large IT environments. You should also have experience working with special solutions in telephony and switches.

You also need to have knowledge of ITIL and experience in technical documentation.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• High problem-solving ability and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional information

The position is a fixed-term employment with a scope of about 5-10% until the end of March 2026. We hire in the following locations: Gothenburg, Malmö, and Stockholm.

Before employment, LFV conducts a security review that includes a background check, security interview, and drug test. This position requires Swedish citizenship.

The System and Development Department (SoU) conducts communication, navigation, and surveillance services. The department is also responsible for LFV's administrative information technology, development activities, as well as system planning and procurement. The department is also responsible for LFV's technical equipment for air traffic control services, flight briefing services, and flight weather services. SoU has approximately 160 employees.
