Information about the position:
The assignment is part of our personnel leasing. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant. The assignment is for 12 months, with the intention that you may eventually be employed directly by the leading energy services company, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. You will be part of the West Lines department, which works with grid connections, strengthening the electricity grid, as well as troubleshooting and new installations for both new and existing properties. The department consists of project managers, project support, technicians, and support functions that together drive the business forward. The role is based at the office in Borås, and work is conducted on-site every day.
As a project manager, you will work closely with technicians, project support, clients, and subcontractors. Safety is always the highest priority and permeates the entire operation. The position involves security clearance, background checks, financial assessments (UC), drug testing, and security interview.
In the role of project manager, you are responsible for driving projects from received assignments to final delivery and invoicing. Projects vary in size and can include everything from smaller assignments to larger grid enhancements and new installations. You have clear ownership of your projects with a strong focus on structure, economy, and safety.
Examples of tasks:
- Plan, manage, and follow up on projects from start to finish
- Plan and coordinate the work of technicians – from one to several parallel projects
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients, internal planners, and subcontractors
- Be responsible for calculations, budgets, financial follow-up, and results
- Ensure good profitability and follow up on project finances together with the controller
- Work in various systems and handle a significant amount of administration
- Participate in meetings with clients and internal support functions
- Actively work to create Sweden's safest workplace
We are looking for someone who:
Has a structured, professional, and unpretentious approach
You are polite, friendly, and confident in your role, while also having the ability to see the big picture and drive projects forward with clear ownership. Personality is very important in this role – you are not afraid to ask questions, collaborate, and take responsibility.
We prefer that you have:
- Experience in project management, work management, or a similar role
- Experience from electrical, contracting, or technical operations (preferable)
- Understanding of finance, budgeting, and follow-up
- Good computer skills and experience in system management
- Driver's license B
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
