HR Administrator with a Focus on Heroma
The hospitals in the west are an administration within the Västra Götaland Region and consist of four hospitals – Alingsås Hospital, Angered Local Hospital, Högsbo Local Hospital, and Kungälv Hospital. About 3000 employees work with us every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare of the highest quality.

About the Role
As an HR administrator with a focus on Heroma, you are an important support for managers and employees in the units you are responsible for.
You will work in the scheduling and payroll system Heroma and contribute to ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with managers, employees, and other support functions such as Payroll Service and HR.
You will be part of a team with eleven Heroma reporters and four other HR administrative functions. We are a well-functioning unit with a strong sense of community and security, and we have a culture where we help each other and have fun at work.
Your Responsibilities
You will handle units with operations around the clock as well as units with operations during weekdays from Monday to Friday. You will, among other things:
- Register and adjust absences, work changes, and on-call/standby.
- Manage schedule changes and ISP (Individual Schedule Planning).
- Troubleshoot clock-ins and perform flex reconciliations according to agreements.
- Create and order service reports and other reports requested by the manager.
- Introduce new employees to Kom & Gå and Heroma web.
- Drive and develop your own areas of responsibility within Heroma.
We are about to implement a new scheduling planning tool, Tessa, which means that tasks and routines will develop over time.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Requirements:
- Several years of experience working in Heroma.
- Completed training for Heroma reporters.
- Knowledge of and experience with all the tasks mentioned above.
- Good knowledge of the regulations related to the personnel categories of the administration based on laws and agreements.
Meritorious:
- Experience with other administrative systems within VGR.
- Experience in schedule planning.
- Knowledge of AB - General Terms and Conditions.

Placement
You will be placed at one of our hospital sites (Alingsås, Angered, Högsbo, or Kungälv).
Conditions
The employment is a temporary position until 2027-02-28 with a possible extension.
