We are seeking an administrator and parish hall host/hostess for our parish at 100%.

You read that right, it is a combined position.

The Lugnås-Ullervad parish is located a stone's throw outside Mariestad and encompasses two congregations. Here you will find 10 churches and 4 parish halls.

Our office is located in Ullervad where you will also have your starting point and office space.

Most people involved in parish activities have their starting point here.

We have a total of about 20 employees within both parish and funeral services.

It is a smaller parish that you will join, so sometimes we help each other solve and carry out activities.

Your main tasks will be in administration.

We are looking for someone who will be a bit of a spider in the web. Your tasks will include:

- Office – phone, bookings, email, diary/archive

- GDPR responsible

- Key management and rental

- Church systems

- Secretarial work in councils and sending out invitations

- Cleaning with oversight of premises

- Serving

This is a combined position where cleaning and some serving are also included. The cleaning is primarily in Marci house.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and independent. You have the ability to organize and plan your work. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy contact with colleagues, parishioners, and volunteers.

You are well-versed in IT systems and Microsoft 365.

Of course, you are structured and orderly and have good communication skills.

Of course, you speak and write Swedish fluently.

Equally obvious is that you share the Swedish Church's faith and values and are a member.

A driver's license and access to a car may be necessary.

Experience from similar jobs, cleaning, and administrative work is an advantage.
