HR Partner at Grästorp Municipality

About the Role

You will have a broad role and work flexibly across the entire HR area, including salary formation, labor law, work environment, competence supply, and management support. Depending on your experience and skills, there may be a focus on one or more areas. Although we work broadly, we also see a need for specialization to strengthen the development within the HR assignment. There is also the opportunity to join various HR networks in Skaraborg.

The development unit is a new team within management support and has a central role in driving and supporting the municipality's change work forward in close collaboration with the organization. In this role, we are close to the operations in both operational and strategic matters, supporting approximately 25 managers. We believe in collaboration between HR, communication, and digitalization to create sustainable working methods with smarter, more efficient, and more digital solutions that strengthen the municipality as an attractive workplace.

Who Are You?

You enjoy working closely with the operations and building relationships to contribute to our development work in the best possible way.

You have a relevant university degree in personnel and working life or another education that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have experience in HR work, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in municipal operations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment.
