The court currently has six adjudicating departments, each focused on one of the major areas of law – tax law or social security law. In addition, all adjudicating departments work with migration cases. The court has an administrative department consisting of case management units, a registration and archive unit, an administrative office unit, and an IT, security, and service unit.
Every day, hundreds of cases and matters are resolved in courts across Sweden. Our organization consists of employees with various competencies, each of whom is significant in maintaining legal certainty and high quality at all levels.
To ensure an inclusive and fair recruitment process, the Swedish Courts apply competency-based recruitment. Our selection is based on candidates' competencies and qualifications. We kindly but firmly request no direct contact from staffing and recruitment companies or sellers of additional job advertisements.
