Become a key person in our new reception unit!
To increase accessibility and strengthen preventive work, we are now starting a reception unit within the Department for Adult Support.
The unit will be the first contact for individuals seeking support and advice in their daily lives.

As a social administrator within social services, you have an important role where you provide qualified administrative support to social workers and management. The position involves many points of contact and is a central service function in the operation.

Job responsibilities
As a social administrator, you will play a central role in our team and contribute to improving our service for residents. Your work will be multifaceted and dynamic, where you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on the operation.
The position includes, among other things, the following:
- Act as a spider in the web, with both internal and external contacts with residents and partners
- Provide administrative support in processing procedures
- Be responsible for sending out and communicating documents
- Perform some record-keeping and schedule appointments, meetings, and participate in the introduction of new employees
- Handle mail, calendar, phone, and email in the absence of employees
- Perform other administrative tasks based on the needs of the operation

We are looking for someone with a strong service focus and well-developed collaboration skills - qualities that are crucial for success in this role. You have a structured and solution-oriented approach and contribute to ensuring that our processes function efficiently and smoothly.

Qualifications
To be considered for the position, you must have:
- Education as a social administrator, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent
- Good knowledge of legislation related to social services
- Previous experience of administrative work within social services
- Good computer skills
- Driving license B
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working in Microsoft 365
- Good collaboration skills and finds it easy to build relationships
- It is a merit if you have experience working within social services and in the operational system LifeCare
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
