We are now looking for an experienced and delivery-driven Compensation & Benefits Manager for a central role in a Swedish organization. This is a consulting assignment with clear delivery goals and close collaboration with HR, Payroll, managers, and union representatives.
As a C&B expert, you will be responsible for driving several critical and time-sensitive initiatives within compensation and rewards. You will play a key role in business and HR processes where structure, quality, and transparency are crucial.
This assignment starts immediately and is expected to last until mid-July.
ResponsibilitiesYour role includes, among other things:
Planning and executing the annual salary review in Sweden, including governance, timelines, and quality assurance.
Leading preparations and implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Act, including processes, documentation, and communication – ensuring organizational readiness.
Supporting and driving the connection between new career and role structures, salary principles, and reward structures.
Planning and delivering salary mapping and analysis of pay equity, identifying risks and proposing measures.
Acting as an advisor to HR management and managers on issues related to compensation, salary setting, and salary principles.
Engaging in dialogues and negotiations with union parties.
Ensuring compliance with Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and relevant EU regulations.
We are looking for someone who has:
Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in complex or collective bargaining organizations.
Documented experience in driving salary reviews and analyzing salary structures.
Experience in preparing and implementing regulations and changed processes.
Good understanding of career frameworks, job architecture, and salary principles.
Experience collaborating with union organizations and collective agreements.
Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling salary and compensation data.
Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
