Main Responsibilities and Tasks

At Folktandvården Lundby, we work in a positive spirit where teamwork and the development of the business are natural elements.

We find challenges exciting and see innovative thinking as essential. We strive to engage all employees in solution-focused thinking. As an employee at Folktandvården Lundby, you are a significant contributor to the shared work environment and the development of the clinic.

At the clinic, we have 20 employees, including 5 dentists, 4 dental hygienists, 6 dental nurses, 3 receptionists, along with clinic management. The clinic has 11 bright treatment rooms. We focus on teamwork, professional development, and a pleasant workplace where we are all part of the whole. We want to create good work structures to meet our patients in the best way and to work at the top of our competence.

The position includes, among other things:

• Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Working with both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments as well as emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.
• Participating in the clinic's R&D assignments.
• Taking responsibility for your employee assignment and developing the clinic together with other employees and clinic management.

Competence Requirements and Profile

• Licensed dentist.
• It is advantageous if you have several years of work experience as a dentist.
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care.
• Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely.
• Ability to give a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do.
• Ability to collaborate and relate to other people in a responsive manner and through good communication.
• See your professional assignment in a broader perspective by actively engaging in the clinic's overall mission to meet patients in a developing society.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
