We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference!

Main tasks and responsibilities

With us, you will meet patients of all ages with many different care needs.

As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and safe during their visit. You will utilize your full competence while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your duties include:

• Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Conducting both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, as well as some emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.

Folktandvården Boda is located a few kilometers from Borås city center with very good connections to the center. The clinic has been renovated and features bright, pleasant, and functional premises. Folktandvården Boda Borås has 7 treatment rooms. Here, 4 dentists, 2 dental hygienists, 8 dental nurses, and a health promoter work together. In total, we are 16 employees.

Qualifications and profile

• Licensed dentist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when busy
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you have an education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
