We are now looking for a personal assistant for our client, a young man in his twenties who needs help with most aspects of his daily life. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of his everyday life – a reliable and helpful friend who supports him in living a rich and independent life. He is cheerful and positive, seeing opportunities rather than problems. He lives in Jakobsberg with his parents, siblings, and his dog.

About the Role

As an assistant, you will be his support in all parts of daily life. It is thanks to his assistants that he can do what he wants in life. Your tasks will be to be his arms and legs, but equally important is to be his voice, which means you must be able to speak and understand Swedish well. He needs a positive and outgoing assistant who reflects him as a person. He enjoys sports, going to museums, music, concerts, and stand-up comedy. You will also help him with training.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic manner. You are attentive and can take your own initiatives, as well as work both with colleagues and independently; the right person is the most important. Experience in the assistant profession is a plus but not a requirement, as personal chemistry and personality are of utmost importance. What matters most is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Putting him at the center is a very important part of the job. You should see him as a young man who wants to live life and not just someone you are there to help. You should have a strong work ethic and a passion for working with people.

You should also be flexible, as the workplace is wherever he is. It could be at the summer house in Norrtälje, at home, or really anywhere.

You must not be allergic to dogs, and we prefer that you are vaccinated as he is sensitive to infections.

Working Hours: Part-time/full-time, Mon-Fri alternating day/evening

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.
