Our client is now hiring Norwegian-speaking Customer Care Advisors for the Miele project – a premium German brand known for its high-quality household appliances and its global reputation for “Immer Besser” (“Forever Better”). This is a great opportunity for those who want an international career while working remotely from Greece.

About the Role

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will provide frontline support to Miele customers. This includes guiding customers through troubleshooting, helping them with product questions, arranging service appointments and assisting with ordering spare parts.

Your daily tasks include:

• Customer support via inbound calls, email and chat
• Troubleshooting issues with appliances such as washing machines, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers and more
• Assisting customers in identifying spare parts and serial numbers
• Booking service appointments with Miele technicians
• Ensuring a high and professional service level to every customer inquiry

Work Location & Relocation Package

• 100% remote work from anywhere in Greece
• Relocation package to Athens or Thessaloniki, including:
• Free flight ticket
• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
• Assistance in finding long-term housing

Salary & Employment Conditions

• Competitive monthly salary
• Monthly performance bonus
• Full paid training period
• 2-week nesting period after training
• Full-time position
• Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday

Who We Are Looking For

• Native-level or fluent Norwegian speaker (C1 level)
• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Strong communication skills and service mindset
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems
• Basic technical or mechanical understanding is an advantage
• Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required
