As Rituals’ new Assistant Store Manager, you strive to make your store a place where you and your colleagues love to work, and your customers love to shop. This includes, among other things, that you:

• Drive the store's results by ensuring excellent customer service and productive collaboration, as well as effective routines.
• Are the Store Manager's right hand and ready to take over the Store Manager's responsibilities when needed.
• Support your colleagues in reaching their full potential by coaching, developing, and being a good role model.
• Together with your Store Manager, build a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback.

Qualifications

As an Assistant Store Manager, you inspire your team and together achieve the store's goals for customer satisfaction and sales. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and developing others. Additionally, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail or customer service.
• Good ability to coach and develop a team.
• Ability to be solution-oriented and take responsibility.
• Collaborative, responsive, and communicative.
• Good system and computer knowledge.
• Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English.
