📞 Your tasks:

Conduct energizing coaching conversations with participants.

Call employers, pitch candidates, and create opportunities.

Drive matching quickly and purposefully.

Follow up, guide, motivate, and keep the participant on track.

Effectively and clearly get the participant into work or education.
