📞 Your tasks:

Conduct energetic coaching conversations with participants.

Call employers, pitch candidates, and create opportunities.

Drive matching quickly and purposefully.

Follow up, guide, motivate, and keep the participant on the right track.

Effectively and clearly get participants into jobs or education.
