Poddhuset, which produces Trygghetspodden and Sverigepodden, is now looking for another salesperson. You will be selling advertising in our podcasts Trygghetspodden and Sverigepodden.

You are a junior salesperson but have previous sales experience. You are driven, can take initiative, are goal-oriented, and have a very good ability to work independently.

Poddhuset has developed a unique podcast concept - Reapods (Reality podcasts). This means that many episodes are produced out “in the real world,” providing more lively and interesting content. Additionally, video trailers and images are created. The same editorial work is also offered commercially to advertisers.

This unique way of working creates more marketing opportunities than in other podcasts. As a salesperson, you can offer customers the full spectrum of possibilities provided by our unique podcast concept.

The advertisers in Trygghetspodden are primarily companies and organizations within the security industry, IT security, as well as the defense industry. All three segments are insensitive to economic fluctuations and are currently experiencing very good times. Likely, this will continue for many years to come.

The advertisers in Sverigepodden are companies and organizations within, among others, the tourism industry and retail.

Overall, our unique podcast concept and the financial strength of potential customers create good opportunities for excellent earnings.

The compensation is commission-based.

You will initially primarily sell advertising in Trygghetspodden, but gradually also in Sverigepodden. Poddhuset will also be launching more podcasts in the future. Opportunities to work with these will also be available.

From day one, you will have access to world-class sales training to develop both as a salesperson and on a personal level.

We are looking for someone who:

· wants to develop and become even better.

· is already a very skilled salesperson.

· is very good at communicating both verbally and in writing in Swedish.

· is used to working towards sales targets and is driven to meet them.

· is equally comfortable contacting customers via phone or email as well as having digital or physical meetings.

· has previously worked with advertising sales or similar.

· has good collaboration skills.

· can work independently.

It is a plus, but not a requirement, if you:

· have previously worked with advertising sales.

· have an interest in audio/video/image.

· usually listen to podcasts and/or watch a lot on YouTube, etc.

· are active in and have a good understanding of social media.

· have knowledge of search engine optimization.
