About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers using Dyson products – everything from high-tech vacuum cleaners to hair tools and air purifiers.

Your mission is to help customers get the most out of their products, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions that make everyday life easier.

This is a role where you will quickly learn a lot, solve real problems, and become somewhat of an expert on Dyson technology.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and messages from Swedish-speaking Dyson customers
• Guide customers on how to use their Dyson products effectively
• Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience
• Manage repairs, warranties, and replacement products
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Communicate professionally and kindly so that the customer feels secure and helped

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English
• Is calm, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
• Is curious about technology (you don’t need to be a technician!)
• Has good communication skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has a positive attitude and is ready for life in a new country
