About the role & our client:

In your role as a customer service representative and sales agent for Telenor Consumer, you will assist private customers with inquiries regarding telephony, broadband, subscriptions, prepaid cards, and TV packages. You will work with customer support, savedesk, and incoming sales calls. Your most important task will be to provide customers with top-notch service and create a positive customer experience. The role offers great development opportunities and a salary model where only you set the limits.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a completed high school education.
• Speak fluent Swedish.
• Have good knowledge of English.

• Have a clean criminal record.

Meritorious (but not required):

• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Computer literacy and experience working in various systems.
• Other language skills.

What happens now?

You can get by with English as almost the entire local population speaks the language, but if you wish, there are certainly opportunities to take courses in, among other things, Greek, which is also spoken by many on the island.
