Assignment Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong change management skills to lead a large transformation within Financial Crime Prevention.

What you will work on:

• Lead transformation initiatives within Financial Crime Prevention (FCP)
• Drive change management related to new ways of working and processes
• Improve and standardize AML and transaction monitoring processes
• Lead cultural change initiatives and support organizational adoption
• Translate strategic goals into practical, operational workflows
• Challenge existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Engage stakeholders and create strong commitment across teams
• Ensure long-term sustainability of implemented changes

What you bring:

• Proven experience in project management within AML and transaction monitoring
• Strong background in change management within Financial Crime Prevention
• Experience driving cultural and behavioral change in large organizations
• Deep knowledge of FCP regulations, processes, and operations
• Structured, proactive, and improvement-oriented working style
• Ability to convert strategy into effective operational practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
