Workshop Manager for Modern Tire and Auto Repair Shop

About the Position

As a workshop manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our tire and auto repair shop. You will lead and develop the team, ensure a high level of service, and make sure that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality. The role is both operational and strategic.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work in the workshop
• Personnel responsibility and team development
• Planning of resources, bookings, and workflows
• Ensure quality, work environment, and safety routines
• Customer contact and advice
• Responsible for results, follow-up, and improvement work

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience from tire and/or auto repair shops
• Has previous leadership experience or is ready to take the next step
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and business-minded
• Has good communication skills and enjoys customer contact
• Has a valid driver's license (requirement)
