Our client is now looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Care Agents for Disney+ – a position that is fully remote within Greece, no matter where you choose to live.
For those who prefer an office environment, a workplace in Thessaloniki can be arranged (subject to availability). There are also relocation packages to both Athens and Thessaloniki.
About the role
As a Customer Care Agent, you are the first point of contact for Disney+ users. You assist customers via phone, chat, and email with:
- Account and login issues
- Payments, subscriptions, and cancellations
- Streaming errors and technical problems
- Subtitles, audio languages, and content
- Campaign-related inquiries
- General guidance and customer support
You manage the entire case from start to finish – no division into support levels.
Who are we looking for?
- You speak Swedish fluently (C1 level)
- You have English at B2 level (training is conducted in English)
You write clearly and professionally
- You are accustomed to computer work and multitasking
- You are service-oriented, patient, and solution-focused
Previous experience in customer service is not a requirement – full training is included.
Remote (primarily) – from all over Greece
This is the main model. You work from home from any location in Greece.
Office in Thessaloniki (if desired)
A spot can be offered at the office in Attrina, Thessaloniki, depending on availability.
Relocation package – to Athens or Thessaloniki
You choose which city you want to move to.

- ✈️ Flight ticket to Greece
- 🏨 2 weeks of free hotel accommodation upon arrival
- 🚕 Transportation from the airport
- 🏠 Assistance in finding accommodation
- 📄 Support with documents (tax, bank, social security)
- 👋 Support before, during, and after the move
Working hours
- Swedish support: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Shifts: 10 AM – 6 PM or 1 PM – 9 PM
- Weekend work may occur
- 10 days of training (paid)
- 1-year contract that then transitions to permanent employment
