The area of Insurance Medicine is a national area within the sickness insurance system with about 100 employees. The main task of the area is to support the sickness insurance with insurance medical knowledge in individual cases and to develop the area within the department's and agency's intensive development journey.
Documentation, administration, and internal and external collaboration As an administrative assistant within the area of Insurance Medicine, you provide administrative support to managers and contribute to ensuring that the managers' daily work runs smoothly. The role involves close collaboration with the operations, and in your work, you take your own initiatives for improvement and identify and manage administrative needs within your area of responsibility, sometimes even before the managers see the need. You inform about and establish administrative routines and provide advice on management when necessary.
In your work, you handle meeting documentation, personnel administration, permissions, and purchases. You coordinate and follow up on activities within work environment, operational planning, conferences, and more. The position also involves working with record-keeping and actively maintaining order on incoming or established documents within your area of responsibility. You assist the manager in the area of finance with tasks such as approving invoices and simpler statistical follow-ups. You collaborate with and serve as a contact person for other operations both internally and externally. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have a high awareness of security since the agency deals with confidential information.

- has a high school diploma or equivalent experience and qualifications
- has a systematic and meticulous work approach

- quickly identifies problems and solves them in a relevant manner.
It is an advantage if you
- have good knowledge of the Office suite
- have experience supporting managers
- have experience in administrative work
- have knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act.

Other A position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may apply.
