Do you want to learn performance marketing and become skilled at creating content that actually sells? Moreover, do it remotely?

Trendflow is a Swedish digital agency that started in 2019 in Stockholm.

We drive results for Swedish e-commerce businesses through advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok) and content production. We work quickly, test a lot, and build campaigns that can be measured effectively.

This is not an internship where you just “watch” from the background. You will get real tasks, real clients, and fast-paced feedback. Everything is done remotely, which means it is very important that you have access to a stable internet connection and functioning technology.

You will work with:

Performance marketing: Meta Ads / Google Ads

Here you will learn how to create paid campaigns on both Meta and Google. This includes setting up campaigns as well as managing/optimizing them.

You will also learn to analyze results and make decisions based on insights.

You will learn:

- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

- Develop creative concepts and produce simpler ad materials in Canva, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

- Analyze data, track KPIs, and present insights.

- Work closely with our sales and customer team to ensure results and good communication.

- Test new ad formats, target audiences, and funnels to improve ROI.

Content for ads:

You will learn everything about creating effective ads, including how to create ad angles, UGC scripts and hooks, and editing ads (video and image).

You will also learn how to think when choosing ads and go through the process of testing, gathering insights/data, and iterating on what is running.

We are looking for someone who

- Has an eye for content (hooks, structure, pace, clarity)

- Can think strategically and is detail-oriented. You enjoy numbers, logic, and improving results.

- Is self-driven, takes responsibility, and can work remotely without someone chasing you.

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Wants to develop quickly and can take direct feedback without losing energy.

Requirements

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- Strong sense of detail, data, and analysis.

- Independent, results-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility.

Bonus if you have:

- Experience in performance marketing (preferably focused on Meta Ads).

- Experience in content creation. You can create high-quality visual material yourself.
