We are continuously looking for educational consultants who want to contribute their expertise through qualitative training initiatives for staff and management in preschools.

The assignments are based on a consulting collaboration and do not imply employment. Compensation is provided per completed assignment.

About the assignment

As an educational consultant with us, you will carry out assignments in areas where you have specific expertise and experience.

The assignments may consist of lectures, shorter training sessions, or more comprehensive programs, depending on demand and context.

The assignments are independent and conducted on a consulting basis, with compensation per assignment.

The scope can vary from occasional sessions per term to more recurring collaborations over time. For many, the collaboration begins on a smaller scale and develops gradually when there is a good match and high demand.

This assignment is suitable for you who:

• wants to lecture or educate alongside your current employment
• already runs your own business and seeks collaborations
• wants to share your expertise in a professional educational context

We have a broad range of educational offerings and continuously work on developing new ideas and perspectives. Therefore, we welcome proposals from you who want to contribute your expertise and experience.

In your application, you can highlight one or more core competencies or heart issues that you want to work with – things that create concrete value in the everyday life of preschools.

Examples of overarching areas:

• pedagogical approach, interaction, and professional role
• children's development, learning, and interaction
• governing documents, assignments, and responsibilities in preschool
• Adaptation and support for children with special needs
• practical skills that strengthen individuals, teams, and operations

The list is not exhaustive – we welcome ideas and concepts outside these areas, as long as they are relevant to the target audience.

You do not need to have ready-made training programs. It is sufficient to briefly describe in your expression of interest which areas you wish to contribute to.

The target group is primarily staff and management in preschools. The assignments are mainly conducted digitally, but can also take place on-site.

Who are you?

In our assessment of new educational consultants, we look at several perspectives, including:

• relevant post-secondary education or equivalent competence through experience
• relevant experience working in preschool or related relevant fields
• experience in lecturing, educating, or mentoring
• pedagogical ability and personal suitability

Experience in leading training is an advantage, but can also be developed over time. We offer support and introduction for those who want to grow in the role of educator.

Employment form

The assignment does not involve a permanent employment but is carried out as an independent consulting assignment, with compensation per completed assignment.

The scope may vary – from occasional assignments to recurring collaborations, depending on needs and demand.
