Claims Advisor/ Purchase Tester

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Claims Advisor/Purchase Tester who will be at the center of providing our customers with a fantastic experience. You will be an important part of our dynamic claims center, where you will collaborate with 7 experienced body repairers, 6 skilled painters, and our competent support team. We also have close collaborations with leading insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and assessment of damaged vehicles
• Handling of claims and warranty cases
• Preparation of quotes, invoicing, and quality controls
• Booking, planning, and coordination of work internally and externally
• Active customer interaction via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Using Cabas to accurately assess damages
• Close collaboration with our claims team
• Purchase testing and valuation of vehicles
• Handling of returned leased vehicles

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced claims advisor with at least 5 years of experience. You are a responsible and meticulous person with a strong ability to collaborate and engage. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and always have high quality goals and customer satisfaction in focus. Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is an advantage.

Knowledge of Cabas or Tacdis is desirable but not a requirement.

This is a full-time position in Helsingborg with working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will be part of an exciting business with plenty of opportunities for personal development.
