One of our process developers is going on parental leave, and we are looking for a temporary replacement. The temporary position is for approximately one year, starting as soon as possible. You will work both with colleagues in the sustainable development unit and with colleagues in other parts of Sveaskog.

About the position

As a process developer, you contribute to shaping our future working methods with the vision of becoming world-leading in sustainable value creation in the forest. You lead projects from idea to implementation, facilitate meetings, coordinate resources, and collaborate with various functions within Sveaskog. You also support the organization with training and testing in various systems. In short, you contribute knowledge and drive the development of working methods, methods, and tools that support and simplify the organization.

This includes, among other things:

  • Working systematically with process development and improvement work
  • Being responsible for individual assignments with clear deliverables
  • Planning, leading, and following up on meetings and workshops
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Travel may occur in the job. The place of employment is at one of our offices within Sveaskog.

About you and your skills

You have previous experience in process development and being a project manager for parallel projects. Therefore, you are also good at planning and leading meetings. You have good communication skills and find it easy to express yourself both verbally and in writing. You are used to independently driving your tasks. You are good at engaging and inspiring your colleagues. You have a structured and solution-oriented approach that is also characterized by order and tidiness. An academic education is a plus. Familiarity with the organization is also a plus.
