What does the role entail?

Being a server with us means you play a central role in the legal process. As a server, you will be responsible for a specific geographical area and continuously receive assignments. Each assignment provides you with information about the person or company to be served. Your main task is to actively seek out these individuals or company representatives to personally deliver the legal documents and secure a receipt for the handover. To succeed in this, you will often need to use registered addresses, search for workplaces, or employ other methods to find your way to the recipient.

We are in an early phase and therefore do not guarantee a high volume at the beginning. We expect you to grow with us as a company.

You will:

• Actively seek out and identify recipients.
• Personally deliver legal documents and other papers to individuals or companies.
• Report and document the handover in our digital platform, reducing the time you spend on administration.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Class B driver's license and access to your own car.
• Good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• You have a clean background. This is a requirement as your suitability will be assessed by the County Administrative Board.
• You are calm and stable, feel comfortable meeting new people, and are responsible in independent work.
• You have good communication skills.
• You need to have access to a printer.

Meritorious:

• Approved server: Already approved servers are prioritized, but this is not a requirement to apply.
• Additional language skills: In addition to Swedish, we see it as an advantage if you speak other languages.
• Relevant experience: Experience from the serving, collection, or security industries.
