We are looking for a proactive project/business developer with a focus on development, marketing, and communication who wants to become a key person in our growth. You will help us create order in the projects and drive the company forward by finding new assignments, building relationships, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.

In this role, you will find new assignments through clients, networks, collaborations, and/or tenders, engage in dialogue with clients before, during, and after projects, as well as document, follow up on finances, and keep track of changes/additions. You will also contribute to our development through marketing and digital presence (e.g., website, social media, advertising, and simpler automation of customer communication).

Experience in construction, project management, sales, marketing, or similar is advantageous, but the most important thing for us is that you are proactive, responsible, structured, and communicative. You enjoy making things happen, take initiative, and follow up until things are completed.

The job can be performed remotely, and you can live anywhere in the country – the most important thing is that you manage communication, are reliable, and make things work in practice. Full-time or part-time according to agreement. We are a construction and renovation company that carries out everything from small renovations to larger projects for private individuals and businesses.
