TP Greece is now looking for Swedish-speaking customer service representatives for the Delivery Hero project (DHero) – the company behind well-known brands such as foodora and efood.

About the position

In the role of customer service representative, you will work with support for Delivery Hero's delivery services. You will assist customers and restaurant partners with inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Customer support via chat, email, and phone
• Handling cases such as delayed deliveries, missing items, and order inquiries
• Support to restaurant partners with technical and operational questions
• Ensure a high and professional level of service

Workplace & relocation package

• 100% remote work from Greece
• Relocation package to Athens or Thessaloniki includes:
• Free flight ticket
• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
• Assistance in finding long-term housing

Salary & employment conditions

• Base salary: €1,300 per month
• Bonus: up to €200 per month based on performance
• Paid introductory training: 10 working days
• Working hours: Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday
• Employment type: Full-time

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks fluent Swedish (C1 level or higher)
• Has good knowledge of English (at least B2)
• Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative
• Has good computer skills and enjoys working in digital systems
• Is comfortable working both in writing and verbally

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement.
