B2B Manager for the Uppsala/Västerås/Eskilstuna district – Luna Corporate Sweden AB

Luna Corporate Sweden AB is a young and ambitious company behind several of the most recognized brands in tobacco-free nicotine pouches – including 77, Björn, Maverick, X-Boost & Cafero. We have quickly established ourselves in the Swedish market with a clear focus on quality, innovation, and customer presence.
About the role
As a salesperson at Luna Corporate Sweden, you will work with established brands that have a strong presence in stores. Your task will be to take this presence to the next level. You will be responsible for your entire district, which includes Uppsala, Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Örebro, where you will have full sales responsibility, from identifying new customer opportunities to developing existing businesses in both service and grocery retail.
Your main responsibilities:
- Sell and negotiate new products and campaigns
- Maximize distribution, visibility, and sales in stores
- Take significant responsibility for the development of your district
- Build long-term business relationships and understand customer needs
- Translate data into concrete action plans and communicate these with individual customers, making the right decisions in close collaboration
- Implement planograms and drive category development
- Be responsible for sales planning and route optimization
- Collaborate with colleagues and monitor competitors and trends
- Perform reporting and handle simpler administration
Who are you?

We believe that you:
- Have experience in sales, preferably within FMCG
- Are self-driven, results-oriented, and solution-focused
- Have an interest in retail economics and business development
- Are a relationship builder and skilled communicator
- Live in Uppsala/Västerås/Eskilstuna or are willing to relocate
- Have experience working with data at the store level and have worked with CRM
- Hold a valid driver's license and are open to travel with overnight stays
