We are now looking for a New Business Developer (NBU) who wants to be part of building something real.

About the role

You will work with outbound sales targeting decision-makers (CEOs, owners, managers) within B2B.

The focus is on:

  • initiating dialogue
  • qualifying needs
  • booking meetings

This is not a call center, not volume for the sake of volume, and not script selling.

It’s about business dialogues.

Your responsibilities

  • Calling and contacting decision-makers via phone
  • Qualifying business needs
  • Booking meetings in clients' calendars
  • Working systematically with lists and follow-ups
  • Contributing to improving scripts and working methods

We are looking for someone who

  • Is comfortable speaking with decision-makers
  • Has some form of sales/outbound experience (preferred, not required)
  • Is self-driven and responsible
  • Enjoys pace, clarity, and results
  • Wants to develop in sales and business
