Working in a Rust store is fast-paced and varied; the tempo is high, but the joy is even higher! At the checkout, among the shelves, and in the middle of our campaigns, you create the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure that the store is tidy, stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right bathtub, the next day you completely rearrange a department. No day is the same – and we love that!

You don’t need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

  • Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better
  • Thrive when things move quickly and solve problems with a "I can handle that!"
  • Are available to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends
  • Spread positive energy and want to grow with us

This is how you apply

After you submit your application, you will be invited to a chat-based first interview with our virtual recruitment assistant Hubert. The purpose of this interview is to make the selection process faster and more accurate – it does not replace the human interview but serves as a first step that helps us create better conditions for a more in-depth conversation later in the process. The interview usually takes about 15–20 minutes.

  3. An on-site interview at the store

  5. A background check – nothing strange, just routine
