We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an international team in beautiful Greece.

About the role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the customer’s first point of contact. You support customers via chat, email, and phone, always delivering friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with questions related to products, orders, accounts, and technical issues
• Working in a case and ticketing system while following internal procedures
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with other departments for efficient problem-solving

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks fluent Danish (C1/C2 – mandatory)
• Has good English skills
• Is service-oriented, structured, and communicative
• Thrives in an international and multicultural work environment
• Is able to work shifts, including some weekends and public holidays
• Has a clean criminal record
