Avento Partners is growing, and we are now looking for a driven Account Executive who wants to help drive our sales forward. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients, booking meetings, and closing deals, to ensuring that our clients receive continuous value and long-term relationships.

Your main responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and establish new client relationships.
• Drive the entire sales process – from initial contact to agreement.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through continuous follow-up and upselling.
• Collaborate internally with our recruitment team to ensure that clients' needs are met.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, business-minded, and comfortable reaching out to new people. You enjoy chasing goals and thrive on seeing your own results reflected directly.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in sales, preferably B2B.
• Ability to work goal-oriented and independently.
• Enjoy making first contact with new people.
• Thrive in building long-term relationships and closing deals.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
