Your role as a self-care advisor at Kronans Apotek Gotland 📍

We are now looking for a service-oriented and dedicated self-care advisor to join us in Slite. The pharmacy is located in Slite, a small locality in northeastern Gotland, and nearby there are a health center, Systembolaget, and Coop, as well as both rental apartments and residential areas. There is also a nursing home nearby, and both Region Gotland's home care service and several private home care services have their customers with us. The typical customer with us during winter is mainly regular customers, often elderly and living in the area, while the customer base during summer expands significantly with seasonal residents and visitors.

You will work alongside a competent and collaborative team consisting of two pharmacists and one self-care advisor/pharmacy technician, where additional support in self-care is provided during the summer season, collectively taking responsibility for the pharmacy and contributing to high-quality customer experiences. In the spring, we will move to a completely new and modern location, right next to the current pharmacy. This means that you, as a new colleague, will be involved from the start in a new team and help shape both work methods, routines, and customer interactions in a fresh pharmacy with great development potential.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from providing the best possible customer service, cash handling, restocking and merchandising of products to selling self-care products.

The pharmacy is open from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer a permanent position full-time/part-time and you will be welcomed to pharmacy manager Linda's team in Gotland. Start date according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who is a technician or has previous experience working in self-care at a pharmacy. If you are currently training to become a pharmacist or have previous experience in the pharmacy industry, that is a merit.

To thrive in the role, we believe you are passionate about helping customers and providing professional service in self-care. You are curious, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
