Assignment Description

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner

What you will work on

• Own and manage the development backlog for existing and future content management solutions
• Translate business, regulatory, and compliance needs into clear, secure, and testable requirements
• Drive decisions related to CMS architecture and content solutions
• Define, prioritize, and refine epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support capabilities for content creation, translation, quality assurance, and delivery
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams on content models, workflows, permissions, metadata, taxonomy, localization, and integrations
• Define and align API and data contracts to ensure interoperability, scalability, and resilience
• Support agile ceremonies, testing activities, and user acceptance testing
• Produce audit-ready documentation and ensure delivery readiness
• Work closely with product, engineering, quality, and test stakeholders across teams

What you bring

• Strong background in systems or software development
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis within complex, integration-heavy environments
• Proven experience managing and refining product backlogs together with engineering teams
• Ability to write clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
• Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps ways of working
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling ambiguity
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration abilities
• A mindset characterized by systems thinking, pragmatism, ownership, attention to detail, and collaboration
