About the role

As a Business Advisor, you will:

• Answer incoming calls from business customers
• Assist customers with questions about subscriptions, products, invoices, and technical support
• Actively suggest services and products that create added value for the customer
• Work purposefully to achieve high customer satisfaction and sales targets

Requirements:

• Completed high school education
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
• Computer literate and basic understanding of digital services
• Clean criminal record
• Can relocate to Cyprus in March 2026
