Scope: Part-time
About the role
We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient salesperson who wants to help build our customer base in a growing staffing company.
Your main task will be to identify, contact, and win new clients who need personnel and staffing services.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to the contract – and work closely with management to develop the business.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek and contact new corporate clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings
- Understand clients' personnel needs and offer the right solutions
- Negotiate and write contracts
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work towards clear goals and budgets
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in sales (B2B is a plus)
- Is fearless on the phone and enjoys prospecting
- Is goal-oriented, structured, and responsible
- Has good communication skills in Swedish (English is a plus)
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, or consulting sales is an advantage
