Scope: Part-time

About the role

We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient salesperson who wants to help build our customer base in a growing staffing company.

Your main task will be to identify, contact, and win new clients who need personnel and staffing services.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to the contract – and work closely with management to develop the business.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek and contact new corporate clients
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings
  • Understand clients' personnel needs and offer the right solutions
  • Negotiate and write contracts
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Work towards clear goals and budgets

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in sales (B2B is a plus)
  • Is fearless on the phone and enjoys prospecting
  • Is goal-oriented, structured, and responsible
  • Has good communication skills in Swedish (English is a plus)
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or consulting sales is an advantage
