Title: Workshop Coordinator (2 positions) — digital work in sustainability and climate

About us

We are a startup in sustainability and climate offering interactive workshops for companies, events, and schools. Our workshops are held both digitally and on-site at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workshops for companies, events, and schools (digital and in-person as needed).
• Customer contact via phone and email; respond to inquiries and follow up on quotes.
• Coordinate dates and practical details with customers and workshop leaders.
• Work towards booking targets and report results continuously.

Qualifications and attributes

• Interest in sustainability, environment, and climate.
• Good communication skills and a sense of service.
• Enjoy customer contact, sports, and working towards goals.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented.
• Experience in booking/sales or customer service is a plus.
• Good computer skills and comfortable with digital tools.

Employment and conditions

• Number: 2 positions.
• Working hours: at least 4 hours per day (flexible scheduling).
• Salary: commission-based, attractive compensation per booked workshop.
• Location: remote work with occasional on-site work at customer locations as needed.
• Employment type: as agreed.
