The Role

As a Client Director, you are first and foremost a business builder—a strategic partner who identifies and unlocks opportunities for client growth. You have a sharp commercial mindset and the ability to develop long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will also be a key leader within our team, working closely with designers and brand strategists to ensure outstanding results. Your role is to bridge the gap between business objectives and creative excellence, ensuring that every decision is made with the client’s success in mind.

You are a natural collaborator, guiding cross-disciplinary teams to create work that is as strategically sound as it is creatively brilliant. With your leadership, our clients will see not just great solutions, but tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, serving as their strategic partner.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges, offering valuable insights and guidance to both clients and internal teams.
• Ensure that the agency is always proactive in identifying client needs and delivering strategic solutions.
• Identify and seize opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand agency offerings.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop proposals, pitches, and long-term client roadmaps.
• Drive collaboration between strategy, design, and teams to deliver high-impact work.
• Act as the glue between departments, ensuring projects are set up for success from inception to execution.
• Inspire and challenge both clients and internal teams to push boundaries and embrace bold ideas.
• Actively contribute to agency thought leadership, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

As a Client Director with us, you are an entrepreneurial thinker with a strong ability to connect the dots between brand strategy, design, and business growth. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.

Your background likely includes:

• Significant international experience, either from working outside of Sweden, or with international client relationships.
• Significant experience in a client-facing role within a communication agency.
• A proven track record of driving business growth and expanding client relationships.
• The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills—especially in managing and inspiring creative and strategic teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
