Assignment Description

We are looking for an ADAS Project Coordinator

What You Will Work On

• Lead or co-lead ADAS vehicle projects together with Chinese counterparts
• Plan and coordinate ADAS activities for EU vehicle programs
• Follow up project deliveries and report to EU and China vehicle projects
• Manage project timing, milestones, risks, and budget
• Coordinate validation and testing activities
• Manage test vehicles and vehicle usage planning
• Source, manage, and coordinate external test partners
• Handle issues, deviations, and corrective actions
• Ensure deliveries meet European market and regulatory expectations
• Collaborate closely with validation, engineering, and program teams

What You Bring

• 5–7+ years of experience in automotive development
• 3–5+ years of experience working with ADAS projects
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Swedish driver’s license (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Experience working with SystemWeaver
• Experience using JIRA for project tracking and issue management
• Ability to work with international teams, including China-based stakeholders
• Willingness to travel as part of the assignment
• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
• Supportive team player with strong ownership and initiative
