About us

Norstat Sweden AB is Sweden's leading company in data collection/market research.

From our offices in Linköping and Stockholm, we conduct hundreds of thousands of market research studies and recruit respondents for qualitative studies every year.

Through our call center in Linköping, we also continuously recruit new members for our online panel Norstatpanel.se.

Norstat has offices in 15 countries and is one of Europe's largest data collectors for all types of surveys. In Sweden, we are represented in Stockholm, Linköping, and Gothenburg.

About the role

We are now looking for ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic interviewers. As part of our interviewing team, you will work with market research on various topics and methods, where you will have the opportunity to develop while contributing to making a difference.

We offer a flexible workplace where you can further develop within the company. The working hours are distributed across daytime, evening, and weekends, where you as an interviewer have the opportunity to decide which working hours suit you best. As an interviewer, you work independently, but behind you is a large team that supports you.

Who are you?

As an interviewer, you need to be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Previous experience in telephone work or service is an advantage.
