Assignment Description:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and lead the transition of Digital Workplace Services according to an established transformation roadmap. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and delivery commitments are met while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

What you will work on:

• Lead full project lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation, testing, go-live, and handover to operations
• Establish and manage project plans, schedules, and resource coordination
• Act as main point of contact between stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers
• Lead meetings, steering groups, and workshops with clear communication and documentation
• Ensure delivery quality, acceptance criteria fulfillment, and compliance with project scope
• Manage risks, changes, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Report project status, progress, and issues to steering committees and stakeholders
• Drive initiatives across digital workplace areas such as client platforms, cloud collaboration, security, governance, and service improvements

What you bring:

• Proven experience leading complex IT transition and transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of digital workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365, VDI, Jamf, Power Platform, digital employee experience tools, security solutions, and integrations
• Experience working with both vendors and business stakeholders in large organizations
• Ability to manage multiple parallel project phases and deliveries against tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills with experience leading meetings and workshops
• Solid background in risk management, change management, and quality assurance
• Structured, goal-oriented, and proactive project leadership approach
